No Display

I have a minor problem with my com, whenever I play game in the last few days the display suddenly disappears. The no signal message will appear. But the system is running as the music of game are usually still playing. Could be due to my GC overheating or driver problem... as i cant seem to open my ati catalyst... and have cli.exe fail to load error each time i boot my pc

PC auto shutdown/restart

I m having this problem where my com auto restart/shutdown randomly. i would like someone to help me on this matter.

AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Abit KV8 Ultra
500W True Power PSU
Sapphire Ati Radeon X800 Gto2
Windows Xp SP2
