My bad deal with Mydeal

Following is the chronology :

04 Jan 2013
- I bought and redeemed the 3 blenders. Received e-voucher with following terms including redeemable immediately, 15-30 working days delivery etc etc.
- In the voucher, there are 3 Terms and Conditions :

- I emailed Mydeal whether anything else to do (or just wait for delivery)

- Mydeal staff Asha answered basically nothing else for me to do.

- I emailed them to ask why no news about the items bought.

- As can be seen, they insisted my redemption was on 1st February, but I told them that I redeemed immediately and even asked them if there was anything else to do to redeem etc (refer 4th Jan email reply by them that nothing for me to do)
- I disagreed and reminded them that the delivery period should count from 4 Jan 2013

- Finally show their wrong computation
- In the terms they mentioned it is redeemable immediately (4 Jan 2013), in their emails they say the redemption begins from 1 Feb 2013!

- Now they say delivery only start counting AFTER REDEMPTION ENDS
- All their emails contradict their original email since items are delayed now

Time for me to take legal action. The standard of denial by Mydeal is remarkably high and it is unfortunate they don't know the laws of contract and agency.

Want to Renovate : Office

Need to prepare new office (1850 sq ft) :

Work space utilization
- Workstation to fit 10 staff and 10 part timers
- 3 director space/rooms, 2 managers
- 1 meeting room
- 1 studio (to conduct interviews)

Basic Works
- Electrical (3 phase, plug and lighting points)
- Air conditioning (copper cabling and points for about 3-4 units of 5hp, ceiling type)
- Partitioning (glass preferably)
- Woodworks and painting/wallpaper/perforated prints

(quotation accepted max 70k)

After Basic Works, furniture and deco
- Staff and management furniture
- lighting
- office chairs
- meeting table to fit 10-12 ppl

(quotation accepted max 20-25k)

Kindly PM if you are able to do the job (design and complete the works mentioned in Basic Works). Furniture and deco is not that important unless you can gel everything together nicely.
