Water in tail light vios

Hi guys, i have a vios 06' and one of the tail light is quite badly condensated and water is seeping in. Would like to ask the sifus around here if they know anybody around the kl or selangor area that provides service to remove, blowdry, remove a glass peice of bulb that broke due to the water and reapply sealant. Please help me! I need to know where and how much do they charge to do this. I am on a low budget and buying a new tail light is not in my budget 😢
