Looking at spec as below :
Processor : i5
Ram : 8/16gb
HDD : SSD/SATA or both
Display card : not mandatory

Purpose : Run some.virtual machine for testing, browsing, word , excel, power point, some application testing etc

Budget : Around rm3.5k
