Secured the 1st full time job in my life :)....

...........FINALLY, so my story goes like this:

I was sleeping on a Saturday morning, and my mobile phone woke me up. It was a call from the HR department of my potential employer at the time. They found my resume on jobstreet, and invited me for interview with the manager. I said YES straight away even though I was only half awake LOL. I didn't even know or applied for this company. So I was actually head hunted ....??!!!

After the first round of interview I was invited to a second round again with the boss the next day. It went quite well and I signed the offer letter 2 days after that. Guess how long it took altogether from the call that woke me up?? (reveal in comments..)

I applied for 4 other jobs on jobstreet since May, with 2 invited interviews but I declined 1 because I already secured this job. My entire job hunting process took less than 2 months. I'm so grateful right now .....
I am now quite anxious but also excited until my first day of work on Monday, as a......Mechanical Engineer!! Any tips/advice from fellow seniors?

Can you share how you secured your first professional full time job? And for fellow job hunters, keep hunting and don't give up.....!!!
