Hi everyone, for those who have experiences, I will appreciate your sharing on this topic. For those who not have experience, I welcome your opinion also, but pls no shooting on who experienced and share their valuable input.

I am interested in involving business process improvement , to be more detail, the job would like this ：

Help the client to identify their problem root cause, then do analysis on that, and help them come out with solution, then implement it.

Currently, I see a lot business analyst is more focus on IT system or Finance, but I am specific on business process as i finf it interesting and meaningful.

The challenges that i face are , I dunno where to find this kind of job, i just can see IT or finance, or very high level management consultant. I know my level know is not qualify for management consultant, I just want to work as a entry level work in business analyst and learn from the ground so that i can grow step by step.

I have some skill in data analysis, and also involve little part of process improvement and CRM.

My question : 1)How to find or get into the firm that can offer the job scope that I want ?
2) What things / studies should I have in order to be more qualified for the role.

HOW and ways to become CEO

Well , as title above , I am seriously thinking what are process we need to go through in order to become a CEO.

I know that different industries has their own story... but generally i think it shares some same principles.

and pls be specific on the path and what skill need to be equiped along the path. Hard working , communication skill..

Sales --> Marketing--> FInance (? this the part i dunno how to achieve)

As ppl say , CEO need to know the business well... experience in front line sales for me is very important to know how the market response , together with the market analysis what i am doing.. will make me have a big picture... after that... i should learn marketing which is more strategic , and CEO also need to know some finance things such as cash flow.........

so my first step is go down to operation to learn sales ....

anyone have other suggestions to become a CEO ? pls contribute ur ideas..

WINDOW CRASH

well.. i cannot logon into window , it showed a msg : <windows Root> missing hal.dll.............. after I failed to install new window XP to my laptop.

but then.. i think nvm.. i just format all the thing.... so now the problems i face are:

1) i could not format c: ... it showed : you could not format the drive.. temp windows file inside...

2) then i try to delete the whole partition.... cannot oso.......

i have no floppy drive (laptop)... what should i do now ?
