Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen also chided moral policing on Valentine’s Day, saying that it would affect tourist arrivals to the country.

Dr Ng added that she had received hundreds of calls from overseas expressing alarm at PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan Tantawi’s comments.

“The callers were industry players concerned that such statements could cause fear or confusion among foreign tourists that it would make them think twice about promoting Malaysia.

“Why is there a need to have moral police putting fear in foreign tourists?” Dr Ng asked after attending a Chinese New Year event here yesterday.

Dr Ng, who is also Kelantan MCA chief, said this in response to Nasrudin, who reportedly said the state governments in Kedah, Kelantan and Selangor had directed the local authorities to work closely with the police and Rela to check immoral activities on Feb 14.

MCA central committee member Loh Seng Kok had also criticised Valentine’s Day comments made by Muslim preacher and motivator Siti Nor Bahyah Mahamood’s on TV9’s Halaqah programme

She is reported to have said that “immoral activities, discoing, couples meeting in private, are traditions of the Christian community.”

Loh described her remarks as “hopelessly baseless” and “spewed on personal conviction that is ignorant and prejudiced”.

Loh urged Siti Bahyah to apologise to the Christian community.

Tony Fernandes Rejecting West Ham

Tony Fernandes has ruled out making a bid for West Ham despite having held talks with the club.

CB Holdings, the company formed by creditors which runs the club, are seeking new investment and it was hoped that Malaysian entrepreneur Fernandes, owner of Air Asia, was on the brink of buying a 51 per cent share in the Hammers.

Fernandes is also heading up Lotus's return to Formula One next year and was viewed by many at Upton Park as the best alternative to a potential buy-out by former Birmingham owners David Gold and David Sullivan.

But,when asked if he would be going ahead with a move, Fernandes told the London Evening Standard: ''No, not any time soon. I've got my hands full setting up a Formula One team so it's not something I'm going to do.'

Some of the pressure was taken off Straumur last week when they were granted an extension to September next year to pay off their debts.

Where can I develop half-format film?

I have a film camera which takes exposures in half-format. I want to print it in such a way that 2 pictures turn up in one print. My photoshop cannot do it because modern scanners will pick up the pictures as separate exposures. I hope you understand what im trying to say. Any help is very appreciative.
The camera im using is the golden half camera.

He said the route would be operated by the carrier's long-haul arm AirAsia X but it was not yet known when the airline would begin the service or how many flights per week it would offer.

Despite the global economic downturn the carrier saw second quarter net profits surge to 139.2 million ringgit (40 million dollars) from 9.4 million ringgit a year ago, due to higher passenger numbers and lower fuel costs.

Alright i'll keep short and simple. Met this girl at a seminar. Kinda make her laugh alot during the seminar. Asked for her number and i got it. So i kinda stalk her abit after coming back and i saw her *insert social website* status saying she had a good time at the seminar thanks to a guy who makes her laugh. Obviously its me cause she sat directly infront of me and i am basically loud.
Any gurus can help me how to go on from there??

Are certificates really important?

I mean that will it really help me much by having more certificates than my classmate IF lets say in SPM I scored one less A1 than a classmate?
Will it be a advantage to me or to my friend?
Or the certificates do not really matter?
Really want to see if certificates are that important.

Well heres the thing, Anyone knows a shop that sells form 4 textbook? I am not qualified to borrow the textbooks because i'm not a malaysian. So i can't borrow them from school. So does anyone know where??
