Inti garbage vendor bad attitude

I am sending this to complain on the attitude of the garbage vendor hired by Inti.

Last Friday at 3pm, I was going to renew inti car stickers before heading home. Since it was peak hour for classes, I couldn't find parking lots around MPH. As I decided to head home, I saw there was an empty area nearby the bus stops just below the Inti bridge. It was in front of the garbage collection gate. I didn't realize that fact until after the whole incident. I thought it was just a closed gate connecting inside and outside of the uni. ( It was parked by ppl as well normally. Beside this area were 3-4 parking lots beside the staircase. ) As I was not staying long, I chose to park there. Then I headed to the security office below the finance office for sticker renewal. The whole process took about 15-20mins.

When I was going after my car, I saw from above the bridge that an indian was closing the gate with a car truck waiting behind my car. Only that moment I realized my car was blocking garbage collector from collecting the garbage so I rushed to there asap. By the time I reached there, the truck was leaving already. So I thought nothing happened and going to drive home. By the time I was going down the slope, my car tyre punctured. I knew something odd happening. I went down and saw my car got scratched severely as well. Went to tyres shop for fixing and the worker told me it was punctured intentionally. As the garbage vendor was hired under contract by Inti, I reported to Inti about the case. Yet the people in charge told me it was out of their scope as that place was out of Inti area and they wanted to be no part of this. But they could provide me the number of the vendor. I was like... Yea, it was out of "Inti area" yet isn't they supposed try to deal with their vendors too? Keeping their vendors to be in good shape and professional.

After all the hassles of reporting to the Inti and then went through security guards to have the vendor number. When I called to the vendor asking for the investigation of this incident or the people on duty that day that time. The first thing that came out from his mouth was just denying and defending his people and that was with fierce and provoking manner. I said to him that we were not asking for any compensation but we demanded for investigation and explanation on this case. Yet his voice getting louder and more and more unfriendly. He told us his worker would never do something like this. I was questioning him that how would you know the truth without any investigation made and all he said was just he had faith in his worker. I got angry with this attitude and I knew there would be no ending so I ended the call.

I called back to the Inti people in charge of the vendor to reflect what was happening. I told them I was sick of his attitude and going to reflect on the internet to alert the others. I had make clear with them before this. I don't expect any compensation to be made as I was wrong too for parking at there and I knew they would never do so. But I do need explanation from this. What I was expecting was at least an apology and warning to be made on the vendor's man. They told me don't ever ever post it out on internet. They will seek to the vendor and tried to give me explanation on monday after that incident. Yet now already five days after the promised date but no calls received.

I am making this not just to voice my unsatisfaction but also to alert others not to repeat as I have seen many parked at this area too.

yesterday i watching game then something like streamyx connecttion appear to ask me connect but it always do so bcos my modem keep dc after a while so i ignore it n put work offline as it will auto online but yesterday after something it tell me i dc from the internet n i try to reconnect but fail. i try to reconfigure n the adsl is still in stable light and nothing is wrong on my modem but i still cant connect to internet. so anyone can tell me what is happening to my pc??
