Desktop for multimedia and gaming use

Mostly for modeling purposes (3DSMax, Maya), and maybe gaming also; parts that I have in mind now are:

AMD Phenom X4 9850 (Black Edition)
Corsair Twin 2X2048-6400 DDR2 800mhz 2X1GB*2
XFX NF750 SLIAM2+ NF750a
Asus 9800GTX+ 512MB DDR3
Seagate ST3500620AS 500GB SATA

For other parts, I have nothing in mind yet, budget around 3k. Monitor, speaker, keyboard and mouse not needed. If you has any other parts in mind that you think if better to fit in my requirements, please tell me, thanks!
