Hi all sifus and friends,

I really can't make up my mind about that condo. It's about 10 years old and it's cost about RM200k. 10years ago it was RM200k as well. I have no idea why these 10years the value never increase at all.
In fact it's loss due to inflation and interest.

Anyway, my intention here is to buy or not to buy. I'm not exactly familar to that place. But it seems quite convenient there. Hook on to Duke highway and you'll be in MidV, Mont Kiara, 1U ..etc in no time.. well 20minutes maybe.

So can any sifu enlighten me with pro and cons? To go or not to go?

80% is for rental, 10% flip and 10% for own stay which is unlikely to be happened.

KLCI ETF

Hi there,

I am not sure if there's any ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) available in KL Stock Exchange?

I dont really know how to explain but it's plain easy,
The funds (dont think need an expert manager) owns ALL 100 biggest companies in KLCI with the assest divided proportionally among each with NAV same/par with KLCI benchmark. It will be the most boring investment in the world. It does not beat the market or perform worse than the market.

e.g. now KLCI at 1072 benchmark . The fund's NAV will be RM10.72 . If 1 year later , KLCI becomes 1500 , the NAV of the fund will be RM15.00 .

does Public Mutual offers that?
Is there any? please enlighten me ..

DVD Rom gone, please help

Dear all experts,

I'm using Compaq Presario V3000 laptop.

Recently I have tried to used my cd/dvd rom, but the cd spinning (there's noise) but nothing turns out.
Few days before, I can load all pictures from a burned DVD I've taken from trips and view the pictures. But not today.
And the cd/dvd drive (E:\) in My Computer has gone. As C: and D: is my internal hdd.
I tried googling it and deleted the UpperFilter registry from LocalMachine.
CD/DVD Rom doesn't appear in Device Manager., I couldn't have remove it, its a laptop.

what can i do now?
I have Windows XP SP2 CD and as well Drivers CD..

I actually fell in love with this gal and so does she (1 year ago) - i can sense that. She's such a wonderful gal that i ever met and I'm so lucky to get her love actually..
she was too shy somehow..
we met each other in malaysia, but somehow she has to go back Aussie to complete her studies and I have to go back UK complete mine.
So, we were apart. I didnt think about more than that.
We hardly keep in touch as I am busy with my study and another factor is that our time zone were 10 hrs apart. So just a very common friend already.

then this year sept she come uk and do 1 year master. great news! as i get to see her again and get to call her. but now i'm working here in uk, and we were just 3 hours apart from train travelling. I call her more often.
after a few days later, i confessed and she agreed straight and we gave it a try. I was so happy and so does she. Cos we told each other that 1 year ago we got feeling towards each other alrady one.
I went to her place. so we started our date.

2 weeks later she then told me that she got phobia about her ex. wasnt so ready in relation and give her more time. She told me that she has been thinking for a few days that if should continue our relation or not.
another week later she started avoiding me. I then sense something was wrong. she doesnt even reply my msn, sms or even didnt pick up my call. which she doesnt did that to me.
I try to lie to myself that she might beeen busy.
then yesterday. she told me she interested that this guy stay near her house. she wouldnt wanna let me know the guy's name (but i know also no use ler). she said this guy is going after her. She even said that talking with him and their friends are so nice and talking with me is not "same channel" and we are as if from different world. I dont know if all our conversation make her suffering.
She said she still love me. I was really hurt. Badly.

i dont know what can i do now. She's the nicest gal i ever met. she is perfect for me.

Help me choose my new camera, plsss..

Hi guys and sifu out there.
I'm running out of time to do research. I really need camera urgently.
My budget is about RM1500+ not more than RM1600

I went to times square and got these three(3) camera in mind due to my tight budget.
I didnt ask much of the specs and stuff. But i need a 2GB memory card.

Between these three(3) cameras ,S5 IS, 850IS or Sony H7.
Please help me...which one you prefer and your comment on it.
