Don't see a thread about it here, so I wanna give this a shoutout. So there is chinese animation making a wave recently that is a adaptation of a hit novel that got adapted into comic. Animation quality is superb, movie quality in fact. the story is about an eSports player who is forced to retire working his way from basic back to the league again. It has relatively realistic depictions of the professional gaming scene and tons of fun characters.

This is exciting news, of course there is no mention whether this is a game studio which I think it's unlikely. The new KL office is likely a sales and marketing arm for Malaysia. Regardless this is a great development as it is a sign that our gaming market is growing, and Bandai Namco has recognize that it is profitable enough to setup an office in charge of sales and marketing for Malaysia.

This should result in cheaper Japanese games in general, especially Kamen Rider and Gundam games as they are quite some following here but very few of them got English localization, result of that many fans import the Japanese version which end up super expensive when all things considered.

Alien: Isolation (PS3/PS4)

This game was set to release October 7th but reviews has been trickling in from all major sites. You know it's a good sign when the review embargo for the game is actually a few more days before the release of the game.

Gamesradar: If Alien: Isolation can be summed up with any one word, then it’s ‘real’. Not ‘realistic’. Not ‘visually believable’. Not even ‘immersive’, that peak achievement of the best AAA games thus far. But flat-out, bona fide real, right through to its core, throughout everything it does.

Kotaku: even considered without the Alien brand, Isolation is a very good time. It's equal parts Worst-Case Situation Simulator 2014 and "f*** Everything!": The Game.

Destructoid: Halfway into playing Alien: Isolation, I stopped to watch the first four Alien movies again. It wasn't just for research purposes, but mostly because the game had me yearning for more of the universe.

Yakuza Zero(PS3/PS4)

The next game in the main Yakuza series: Yakuza Zero.

Not a spin-off, not a what-if scenario that deviates from core Yakuza gameplay, but a prequel that will focus on two most popular characters in the Yakuza game: Kazuma Kiryu and Majima Goro.

currently i have a shipment stuck in the above status, the contents are some CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray disc which contains concert, songs and music videos. i called DHL customer service and was told that person in charge will call me back.

but since the stuff is a bit time sensitif(there are online codes that need to be redeemed within a certain time period ). i'm checking whether anyone know what may be going on? i checked custom website and movie/music cd/dvd are not subject to import license.

hope the forum can help enlghten me.

Hi, fellow Anime Otakus, I've always active in Lowyat Playstation section of the forum and today is my first time taking a peek at the Anime section, despite I've been following Anime every season.

I'm actually surprised that AKB0048 did not have a topic here, I think it was the best Spring Anime for 2012, it converted me in an AKB48 fan(I've always known of them, but didn't bother to learn much about them), among all the Anime that debuted around the same time only this Anime kept me interested from the first till the last episode.

For the others I lost interest quickly and although I still follow them until now (mainly Accel World and Eureka Seven AO), I didn't anticipate the next week's episode as I did with AKB0048

Firebase Goddess - Nestled in the epicenter of a Thessian metropolis, Firebase Goddess is one of the last strongholds of asari resistance against the Reapers. NEW WEAPONS

Cerberus Harrier Assault Rifle - These Cerberus-modified Mattock rifles are fully automatic. Cerberus gunsmiths reined in the recoil issues, resulting in a gun that stay on target, but delivers slightly less punch per round than a standard Mattock. As such, the weapon is typically utilized by Cerberus’ elite troopers, who train constantly to make every burst count.

Reegar Carbine Shotgun - This electrical weapon improves upon the arc pistol’s design by generating a sustained current on its target. This weapon is named for the Quarian Reegar family, whose marines have served valiantly against the Geth.

Krysae Sniper Rifle - This Turian antimaterial rifle is modified to kill Reaper enemies. The Krysae’s scope uses a rangefinder that adjusts to keep the target in proper proportion to the shooter, which comes in useful when the sniper is forced into close range. Its specialized ammunition is both armor-piercing and explosive. In a desperate move, the Turians released its specifications over the extranet so that nearly anyone with a fabricator could manufacture this weapon to help the war effort.

I'm surprised that his earliest few games are all disney license, with a Goofy game, Aladdin and Roger Rabbit. Before finally rise to fame via Resident Evil. The articles details how his styles of puzzle/maze solving and inventive enemies type already apparent in Goof Troop which transitioned into Resident Evil and future games.

AMY (PS3)

AMY is an upcoming survivor horror game which is exclusive to PSN. You play as Lana, who needs to escort a little girl called Amy through a cities of Zombies.

Interesting new gameplay mechanics relies on the fact that Lana is slowly becoming a zombie herself, while Amy has a mysterious ability that prevent Lana from turning when she is close to Amy.

Story

Dark Days

The story begins on a rainy December day in 2034. Global warming is in full swing, spreading diseases and natural disasters all around the world. You play as Lana, a character who regains consciousness following a comet impact in the small town of Silver City. Upon awakening, you discover that Silver City has descended into chaos. Violence, fury, rage, wreckage and death: the world you knew has been torn to Hell.

Struck by a mysterious virus, most of the townspeople have transformed into gruesome creatures and now prowl the streets as a wild horde. You’re wounded and you know you must escape, but you’re infected and the viral process has already begun: Hell is now pumping through your veins. There are only two ways to survive the infection. One is by locating special medical equipment found on the corpses of soldiers who have invaded Silver City. The other lies with Amy.

Unlikely Alliance

By your side is a strange little girl named Amy, who can’t speak but whose face expresses both fear and sadness. While you’re fleeing and trying to protect her, you realize that being close to her stops the contamination and even temporarily heals you. That might be the reason why infected humans, grisly creatures, Special Forces combatants and even other survivors are after the two of you. To stay alive, you will have to help each other.

But contrary to many games with a secondary character, Amy is neither a super warrior nor a docile character that follows you. You can use her small size and weight to reach inaccessible areas and ask her to do specific actions. Being a child, Amy is also naturally curious and will explore the environment with you – sometimes she might even draw your attention to something you would have missed.

More importantly, Amy possesses several special abilities. By pressing R1, you can hold her hand. This enables you to heal, but also lets you feel Amy’s heartbeat through the rumble of the DualShock 3, which lets you feel her stress level while you explore dangerous locations. This might be very useful, even if holding her hand slows you down. Amy also has several other special abilities that I’m not going to detail now…but trust me, you will like them.

Survival Stealth

Your overall goal is to escape with Amy, and find a safe shelter to save her (we call this mechanic “exfiltration”). You’ll hide, run, fight, solve puzzles and use cunning, and you will often be free to choose your tactics. In addition, while you progress, you will meet different characters and explore the special bond between Amy and Lana.

One of our goals is to make you feel the fragility of Lana and Amy. Lana is not trained to fight; Amy is just a kid. But you can try to avoid your enemies, for example, by hiding in a closet or under a table. While hiding, you can spy on your pursuers…but be careful!

Another option is to use your infection to your advantage. When you show signs of infection, most of the enemies won’t attack you if you move slowly. But you will have to avoid the soldiers, who will shoot you on sight, and you’ll need to stop the infection before it‘s too late. Most of the enemies are able to communicate with each other so if one spots you, the others will rush in to attack. If you’re clever, you can exploit their intelligence to deceive them and trigger a fight between soldiers and infected humans.

But being smart won’t be enough. When cornered, you’ll need to gather your courage and fight back tooth and nail because your enemies are fierce. Although you have an inventory, you won’t be choosing between tons of items: You will have to make do with small weapons: clubs, crowbars and the like. Lana only carries light items with her and uses only one weapon at a time. In a pinch, you can sometimes use the environment to your advantage, for instance by attracting an enemy into a water puddle and electrifying it.

Calling the TM helpline from a non-TM network?

Guys is there anyway we could call TM helpline "100" from other network like maxis and digi? I mean in case our homeline service break down or something we will need to use other phones to complain so the dialing "100" will not work with other network like it work with TM line.
