Can't just replace a RM 200+ mouse every time it is damaged. Warranty just finished few months ago.

Frequent disconnects, sometimes can scroll sometimes can't

Using Mac Bookpro 2012 and installed VM.

But then my warcraft 3 becomes like that. this is new laptop and first time installing and trying to play.

also, you cant see it from the print screen, but the game resolution is smaller, can see borders on the left and right. tried to adjust to every resolution in the game still the same result

Leaving a business to a manager

Hi guys. This just suddenly crossed my mind.

Lets say I found a responsible manager and trying to leave the business for her to manage and I'll retire, how can I make sure that she'll put her heart managing it like I did? I thought of a few things as below that needs good care from a manager and also solutions, what do you guys think? What other problems I may face?

1) the power to give discounts and free gifts
Categorize item clearly on amount of discount and free gifts then set a maximum of discounts that can be given base on experience. If over that amount need to justify.

2) make sure sales remain roughly the same
Give out sales commission? Obviously can't let them know profit. But how do I control this? Sales drop also they safely get their salary.

3) inventory check
Stock lost? From a major item to just a small part. Deduct manager salary? If let's say we,re selling expensive products like iPhone or laptop, then they like one month no salary already?

4) price negotiation
Lets say some one comes in and says I want to purchase 100 of your product. What is the best price you could give me?

5) suppliers information
Is it really safe to disclose this? Or we should have some one we really really really trust to deal with supplier ?
