how to recover data from fail hard disk

dear sifu,

without any sign of damage b4 i shut down my laptop the night b4,
yesterday early morning, as usual i turn on my laptop but he fail log in to my windows.

i hv tried to log in safe mode or wtever mode. it fail.

so i plug out my hdd and used as external hdd at others pc.

other pc detected my hdd but as me to format the disk and all the partition are gone! (tried with few other pc, all same)

sifu sifu.

any idea hw can i recover data from my hardisk?

pls help .. very important data in my hdd!!!
