Guys it's my first time using Airbnb. Just want to ask a few questions. Pls bear wth me ya

1. is the price on the website final?
2. many of the guess house is using self check in/check out. can explain how this works?
3. how about the rule of penalty if there are damages to property? do i have to pay security deposit first? and if yes then when do i have to pay for it?
4. let say i'm paying using debit card. if either i or the host cancel the booking, how the refund works? if credit card they will refund back to card right?

let say i as a rider want to use the pinpoint function and pinpoint to a location such as below. how do u guys actually search the place that i had pinpoint? will your driver apps automatically navigate to the place i had pinpoint or u actually hv to find it manually in waze?

p/s: just want to know how your driver apps works so i can put my drop off location as accurate as possible and makes it easier for both driver and rider.

So this thing started to happens around last week. Whenever I switch on my mobile data, my location will also automatically switch on. I thougt it was my phone that has problem but then I tried my sim card on another phone and same thing happens. And 1 more thing it only happens when im on 3G/H+. I switched my sim card on the 2nd sim slot where it can only be on edge data and nothing happened.

Any other celcom prepaid user out there face similar problem as me? Appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

1St time uber/grab rider

I'm thinking to take a ride with grab/uber tomorrow. I want to know is the fare stated during booking is final? I know that uber, if the destination taking longer time to arrive they will have surcharge(for example traffic jam).

But i heard got cases which they incur sudden surcharge, like if there are less driver available (even when rider already on a ride with them and on their way to destination ) and the final fare will differ from the one stated in the booking.

Can frequent rider shed a light on this? Need input on both grab and uber. Thanks in advance.

so i hv already setup my tp link wireless repeater and connect it to my ssid on my wi fi router.

i want to know if i need to configure anything else such as my modem to make the wireless repeater working?

or is it already working after i connected the wireless repeater to my ssid?

just a quick question. i just bought a mifi yesterday. it has a micro sd card slot. so if i put sd card in it, what's the fuction actually?

is it that we can save downloaded files in it or it just act as a card reader?

Any specific models in mind? : thinking to get canon ixus 170 but i'm open to any other suggestion. even older model is ok as long as can produce good photo
Any specific features u want? : must hv image stabilizer, crisp/decent photo.

before this using my trusted canon powershot a3400IS. sadly the lens got some sort of black spot/dirt inside and i don't know how much will it cost to do the cleaning. so thinking to just get a new one,at least same level or higher.

so recently my boss asked me to search for new e-mail hosting for our company. the thing is i don't hv much knowledge about this.

can someone tell me step by step on what to do and if i can just only subscribe to just the e-mail service (with our company name) or do i need to sign for the whole domain package?
