Hi.

My pc power supply unit keep on damage even after replacement, after few months again damaged.

What is the problem caused the psu damage? How to prevent it from damage?

Registration strata title & release final payment

I'm sold my house. All consent approved currently pending registration strata title to the buyer. Is this sequence normal? Title to be registered under buyer name first then only bank release the final payment?
