I want to ask, where is the best or top 10 best cyber cafe in KL?

I mean best is cheap per hour (or got promotion like play 5 hours for only RM12, something like that), every pc use speaker not ear/headphone,
got mini shop like can order french fries, beverages, ice cream, and if got, can open the speaker quite loud. You know some cyber cafe cant open loud coz disturb people beside you.

I want that cyber cafe is completely for gamers or people dont bother the loud speaker.
If got, please tell where the location of the place and the above matters.
