What happened to my gear?

I was driving halfway and suddenly my gear went freely, like an analog stick.

So then i have bought a 4.5mm pin to insert into that part (picture below). But, the pin would come out after shifting the gear a couple of times. What is the problem ya? :/

Hey sifus, my comp suddenly cant connect to the internet.

Am using p1 wimax modem with the wifi router. Using the ethernet cable to connect but it says ip conflict with another device in the network.

But i can connect my phone/laptop through wifi.

Any ideas whts the prob and how to solve it?
