Gigabyte GA-MA770-S3 Motherboard Problem

while me and my friends wanted to install graphics card at the PCI express region,
one of the solid capacitors fell off and i'm not sure who's at fault there but is there a way to rescue this situation?

And if i neglect the problem what will happen?
Here's the picture to show where's the location of that capacitor

what are the proper configuration settings for bluetooth?
i can get my handphone to detect the bluetooth but it can't connect to it

Problem details
First occurence of problem: trying to connect
Problem frequency: always
Problem description: i don't know if my configuration is right or wrong but i can't seem to get my internet LED to light up GREEN instead of RED, DSL signal and others are ok but the internet won't connect

there are 4 selection like RFC1483 bridged/routed, RFC with PPPoE and PPPoA

i used PPPoE RFC but i can't connect

can anyone provide me with the proper configuration for it ?

edit: is that the modem/router cannot be used in streamyx or my configuration is wrong
