I need some advices for my medical problem. Im 24 year old girl. I had discharge (milk color) since 3-4 years ago. But last year suddenly the color change to red like blood i think. But it last about a month then change back to the milk color. Then i started going to the hospital to check bout this. I've done the ultra sound to check for breast cancer twice but its clear there. Then they test my blood and found out my prolactin level quite high than normal. Im not married and never had s**. Then they do MRI for my brain. But it comes out my brain is also clear and normal. The doctor also ask if i had headache or my vision is blurry. I always had headache (but somehow i think its the normal headache) and my vision is clear. Im not wearing glasses. Im the only in my family that not wearing it. But im small my height is only 140cm. The doctor just will do the ultra sound again and check for my prolactin level in 3 month. This thing quite disturbing me because i dont know anything what is happening.

Is high prolactin level can be caused by stress because im always in stress mode. Huhuu.. im also had sleeping and eating disorder. Sometime im not sleeping in 2 days because i just cant sleep. Is this can cause high prolactin level?
