Heard that it&#39;s using Malaysia tropical wood instead of pine wood, hence is more suitable for tropical weather in term of lesser contraction after installation together with natural anti-termite ingredient. I&#39;ve seen it from Brenwood show room (http://www.brenwood.com.my), at the first glance I think its joint is easier to be observed than Floor Depot&#39;s pine wood flooring. The SA explained that it&#39;s due to their &quot;Vacumat&quot; coating at the joints for moisture resistance.<br /><br />Any comments on this product are appreciated.
