Disable any scrolling completely

How to disable scrolling? especially by middle mouse click.

I am developing a side scrolling website with jquery.
So from here, I want the users to scroll with the provided buttons only, and I need to disable all other ways to scroll because it screws the page alignment.

I entered everything correctly. it works with wordpress, but it isn't working for joomla.
i am using 000webhosting.com which is a free hosting site. it has been going good, good speed n up time. been using just over 2 weeks so i haven't seen anything ugly... yet.

please advise.

so i need to find a lot of circuit boards. doesnt matter motherboards or radio organs, calculator's insides, any electronics' circuit board.

my team and i are making a sculpture out of it.
i've placed an ad in the Garage Sales section, and got a tremendous response.
problem is, all of them wanted to sell them, not donate them.

we are in somewhat a tight budget and need a lot of those fast.
this afternoon we'll be going to computer shops, electronics store and such places to find those circuit boards.
and im hoping if any of you can donate some for me. even just 3-4 boards is enough. a little bit of this n that goes a long way.

somehow my gf got this charity dinner seats for the 2 of us, and her parents.
the thing is, i got no appropriate clothing to wear. i left my shirts back home when i packed light coming to cyberjaya. and my friend suggested me a suit.
but,

i got no suit.

i only got tshirts, a collared tshirt, jeans, shorts,
damn im not posh at all.

how /k/ how.
she said dont need to ask my family to post the shirt from my house, just go shopping with her.
but im broke and cheap.

imagine i am the current government, and i will listen to whatever proposal you make. take note that instead of separated entities, imagine i am one entity - the whole government crumpled into one.
and imagine that i currently have 2bil. funding in the reserves, consisting on your tax monies.
also, the current nation's situation is just like now - economically, socially and politically.

i will accept 5 of the best proposals (unless the budget is over the limit).

im going there with some friends in about 20 minutes. i need some electronics components. u know resistors, capacitors, switches n whatnot.
not consumer electronics like radio or LCD screen or something.
anyone know such stores around there?. or at most 2km radius or so?.

Does the material of the speaker enclosure

so i'll just tag this as Hi-Fi since there isnt a speaker choice.
anyway

my team n i will be making a speaker out of used materials (yeah its an assignment, gotta use only used items. such). so we're thinking about making it out of wood and cardboard.
yea i know it pretty much sounds like it'll suck, maybe it will.
thats the problem im concerned about, and wanting to consult you all.

1: will the material of the enclosure affect greatly on the sound quality?.
2: its really flimsy, anyone who had made a speaker enclosure before that can point us to the right direction?

sound quality is not really the main concern here, but the build quality is. however i feel more compelled to ask about it rather than the material used.
so, guides?. or anything?.
