Remove tattoo without laser

Just curious if anybody have thought of removing tattoo but not under the painful sparks? Saw few websites from US do sell removal cream. Not sure if it works and sell in KL. Need opinions please.

I've already got option which is a china lady who removes moles, she does removing tattoo service as well. But i'm just looking for another option in order for me to decide. FYI, my fiance did try removing his tattoo with this lady, he managed to get rid of it but there's a little scar though.. no big deal, it will go away after a year or if you have scar removal cream or something. I've asked for her opinion on my tattoo, she said purple and red is a bit difficult though.. because it's bright.

hello ladies and gentlemen,

as you can see from the title.... yes... i'm planning on getting married...BUT...problem is getting enough money for the wedding. i'm chinese mix malay....and we plan on getting married at home... why?
1st - my side of the family is HUGE...as in HUGE!!! i have 1000+ of relatives..and not inclusive of friends yet!! so if i do it in hall, i have to confirm with them how many pax and it's not cheap..the bigger the hall..the more expensive. and if i only rent a hall for 500pax...imagine relatives will do some snowball fight on why are they not invited to my wedding..
2nd - save more cost, we dont have to pay rental of the location.
3rd - it would not be only MALAY food, we're planning to serve the guests malay,chinese and western as there are a lot of mix races attending.

so now... we're finding ways on getting more money..is LOAN better way to settle everything? or other ways? and what are the estimated costs..i need advice from those who had their wedding of mix cultures...

hope to get good response from everyone!
