speaker port

i use logitech subwoofer.. my prob is the speaker itself detect an earphone is plugged in into the earphone socket at the speaker (not at the laptop). so the sound can be heard if the earphone is plugged but not on speaker itself even the earphone is not plugged.

how to solve this by DIY? or any shop recomended. i live in shah alam.

cant run exe or any prog

my friends lappy hv some prob..

symptoms :

1)cant run any exe
2)cant access registry
3)cant open windows update
4)play video and songs are ok.. but cant open the player directly
5)cant reformat since the setup is exe file

i tried to clean the virus by various way, but failed.. so want to reformat.. but my installer in my HDD, so how do i reformat it? can use ext HDD to boot the installer?

hi, want to ask if anybody here know the average charge for the work below

1) design a product review pamplet/booklet.
details : 4 page of a4 size... for 2 products (so two design).. they just provide with unedited pictures... i have to edit the pictures, design the layout,
arrange the wording, correcting the grammar..

2) design the company profile.
details: 8 pages of a4 sized, they only supply me with the wording. so other things like concept, and even pictures are shot by me..

so, i have finished my task, but i dont know how to charge..

they request the copyright from me and the softcopy also.. so, they will use the design not just once..

any body can help me?

hi,

i hv prob with my 5800.. i want to update the fw to V50.. currently its running on V30...

i tried using OTA, the download was fine until it restart, then it says "update package not compatible'..

then tried using NSU, but the NSU cant detect my device...

did anyone hv the solution?

pc auto shutdown

my pc suddenly auto shutdown when i boot it up (coolboot)... the fan is running for 2-4 sec then it stop... monitor shows nothing

i tried to checked the cable and connection.. then i unplug a port that keep the fan running but still nothing in monitor. when i plug the port, it wont start and the fan will stop after 2-4 sec.

need help on my friend's laptop..

model : compaq
cpu : dual core
os to reinstall : XP

prob: 1)virus attact-cant change anything, cant install anything, cant run antivirus (avira), cant do anything... when opened programs, crashed.. try to access
registry, failed with msg " you dont have the authority to access the file".
2)tried to reinstall fresh copy XP, failed with this msg "A prob has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage.
If this is the first time you hv seen this stop error screen, restart your comp. if appear again, follow these step :
CHECK FOR VIRUSES ON YOUR COMP, REMOVE ANY NEWLY INSTALLED HARD DRIVE CONTROLLER OR HARD DRIVES."
3)i took the HDD and scan it on my laptop, found so many viruses, malware program...etc
4)then cleared it and try to reinstall it again.. failed with same error..

somebody please help... need to used the laptop for assgnment.

hi, i need to do some video for my sis wedding.. i'm planning to use simple software like movie maker or ulead.. but recently, i opened adobe after effect on my lappy.. i see it quite interesting.. did some search online... so, any master or sifu want to help newbie like me? just wanna do some photo story video..
for now, i hv basic on photoshop, but not after effect..

need help on my pendrive..

lately, my friend borrowed my pen drive.. then she returned it packaged with dozen of viruses..

one of it is sality.gen... my mc Afee detected all of the virus and managed to clean all of it..

the prob arise is, the virus change all data in folder into invisible... and i checked the registry... the folder is still there.. then i checked my pendrive properties, it show my total space is 866mb only. the actual size i 4gb.. how can i recover my other 3.2Gb?

wireless network connection prob-not functioning

need help for my wireless prob. this thing started last 2 days... had no prob before..

prob : cant use my wireless device, but bluetooth is working fine.. i realised it when i cant connect or search wifi.. also cant create ad-hoc connection..
checked my network and sharing centre, the status shown "my wireless connection is disabled"... tried to re-enable but failed... cheked also the driver ,
installed...

driver crash

hi..
i have some prob with my pc... i realized it when i try to use my dvd burner, (it was long time i do not use this pc, just let my friends use it, so i donno what and when it start).

my system can't see the dvd drive.... when i checked the system... there were so many driver crash.... i tried to update all the driver.... but i can't get the driver online... it should be no installation since it is PnP device.....

then i discovered one more prob... my sound output.... no sound produced.... i checked again the driver... yup... the same prob...

these are some driver crashed

1)plug and play software device enumerator
2)realtek high def audio
3)some bluetooth devices
4)samsung tsst cddvdw SH-S202J

please help me where to find the drivers
