During Defect & Rectification Stage for a condo

Q: My condo is a fully furnished unit. I just collected the keys back in March 15, the defect and rectification (D&R) form was submitted last two months back in April and the developer had corrected the defects back in May 15. All is smooth until i got my electricity bill this month which is about RM30+, so my question is who should pay for the electricity bill? My unit has no tenant and i had not touch a single thing in the unit besides doing the D&R checking.... anyone care to shed some light pls? Thanks!

Working in Bangkok.

Just to share my experience for those who plan to look for job opportunities in Bangkok, these tips u will need to look out for before u even take up the role there:

1) Personal Tax
This is the personal tax % chart applicable to all local & foreign employees:
THB150001 - 300000 5%
300001 - 500000 = 10%
500001 - 750000 = 15%
750001 - 1000000 = 20%
1000001 - 2000000 = 25%
2000001 - 4000000 = 30%
4000001 and above 35%

Some companies will pay your personal tax on your behalf and some will not, which means u have to pay it yourself, which will affect your monthly salary base.
This particular head hunter that i dealt with did not even highlight this chart to me, so that's why im sharing this piece of info here. So don't be conned with their overall salary package.

2) Working permit
Applicable for foreigners who work in BKK with work permit, If anyone knows the rate pls share.
Also not highlighted by the headhunter.

3) Income tax
Applicable for foreigners who work in BKK with work permit, it will be a certain percentage from your gross income. If anyone knows the rate pls share.
Also not highlighted by the headhunter.

4) Life insurance
It should be compulsory when renew work permit, not sure how much is it per year. If anyone knows pls share.
Also not highlighted by the headhunter.

5) Housing and Transport
This is the basic benefits which most headhunters will highlight to u.

I'm grateful to a friend who highlighted the above pointers to me, so now im just sharing the knowledge....
Anyone got more info to share pls free to share for the knowledge of all....
