Hey all, recently I've just decided to upgrade my old rig slowly and need some advices on it

Current rig

ATI Radeon 4850
Core 2 duo e5300
4gb ddr2 ram
Asus P5QL-e mother board

Need advices on what to upgrade for

1. Processor
2. Mother board
3. Graphic card
4. Casing
5. PSU

Budget would be ard 2-3k , mainly for some casual gaming

Seeking discussion regarding forex

Hello guys, i am a university students and recently i had received an assignment regarding analyse the movement of japanese yen to usd since 2000. And i think it should be appropriate to post here since it was related to forex.

But however i am still new to these financial markets, therefore i would like to seek some discussion with all of you and hope it would help me in my assignment.

Anyway to start with this i believe that currencies are mainly affected by demand and supply of it in the market therefore i think that inflation , monetary policies of government would have big influence regarding this. Therefore anyone had any idea what was the main headlines that affects japanese currencies since year 2000?

what i can think of is only japanese government were trying to peg their currencies to 120yen/1usd last time to stimulate their exports. However is there anything else that i had miss out?

In additions. can anyone teach me some techniques in forecasting a currencies future movement?

Cant connect using PPoE

Hi all, i had this problem recently and would like to ask if anyone know how to solve it.
Recently, i wonder why my streamyx account couldn't connect so my house mate did adjust something to the router and the wifi which i do not know what. Now my modem is connecting using DHCP client instead of PPoE. But however, the connection now is really sucky. It get frequent disconnect and slow down after 1 hour everytime i turn off and on back the router. In the past we , are using the PPoE connection which seems no problem with this, but currently i have no idea why i cant connect with PPoE anymore. Everytime when i tried to switch back to PPoE, it will say connect to server fail.

Therefore i would like to ask all,
1. Weather is this frequent disconnect and slow down problem occured because of the i am using DHCP client?
2. Anyone know how to fix the PPoE problem
3. Is it possible that because my housemate change the setting in the modem and router caused this problem?
4. Could this occurs because of the streamyx latest update? (p.s i am staying at selangor -semenyih area)
