Date of transaction: 8th April 2009

Details of the complaint :

8th April (Wed)
I had banked in the payment, the amount is RM290 as concluded through pm. I had informed him at the same day about the payment. I still keep that receipt as a proof.

9th April (Thurs)
He told me that he had sent the product and i will receive the product by tomorrow, which is 10th April (Fri).

11st April (Sat)
After i did not receive the product till this day, i did sms, call and pm him to ask why i did not receive the product on time. No reply is received from either LYN or sms.

13th April (Mon)
He only replied me at 13th April. In the sms, he told me that he just back from overseas and was checking.

14th April (Tues)
He told he got report from his office. The report said that the product has been posted on 11st April (Sat) due to the product has problem.

16th April (Thurs)
I called him to ask why i still did not received my product. He did not answer my phone call and said he was in meeting and would call me later. However, he did not call me back at all.

17th April (Fri)
After i called him several times, he still did not answer but reply me through sms. In the sms, he told me that he would give me the tracking code. However, he did not give me the tracking code as promise.

18th April (Sat)
I still din receive my product after 1 week of waiting. No tracking code is given as well. I called him many times but he did not answer the phone at all.
