Anyone here is working with WHO or anything similarly?

I'm taking a test for one of the position next week and have no idea what it's all about

Just wondering, has anyone heard of FPG Oleochemical and received an interview for their management trainee program? If so, could anyone tell me what's the test is about? I heard it's engineering test but am not sure how that goes.
