Old knee injury

Sometimes when i sleep, my knees got locked and it hurt so much and i have to move it in a certain way to get this popping sound to release the locking.

I was active in sport in school and college and it did not hurt that much during that time.

Should i see Orthopedics or Physiotherapist? Can anyone suggest Orthopedics/Physiotherapist that you went to.

I am seeking for less invasive treatment such as therapies and medication. If it is not serious, i dont want to resort to surgeries.

Hi Guys,

I live just in front of my family's house and sometimes i borrow their wifi
for work purpose. The problem the signal is to low and i can barely access
anything with it. Any idea how i can solve this?

Should i change their router to a better ones?
or should i just change the wifi antenna?

my car doors locks suddenly open by itself while im driving..then after i push the brake it closed..then after a while it suddenly opened again..
this happened also after i park my car..once i found it is not locked and im very sure i have locket it..
