PC tp Laptop through Crossover cable

HI, I have problem to setting the network between laptop and my pc through crossover cable.

My setting is

PC NC 1
IP ; 192.168.0.6
subnet : 255.255.255.0
gateway : 192.168.0.4 (router)

PC NIC 2
IP : 192.168.0.7
subnet : 255.255.255.0
gateway : 192.168.0.6 ( what should i need to put)

Laptop
IP : 192.168.0.8
subnet : 255.255.255.0
gateway : 192.168.0.7 (what should i need to put)

That is the information I tried to configuration my network.
But I am fail to share the internet .
In addition, both of the system is running in XP pro SP2.
I tried to run the Internet connection sharing (ICS).
But I no sure how to configure it and fail to run it .
I tried to set up the ICS, the system was force my NIC 1 be 192.168.0.1.
Have any way to solve the probele or better solution?+
My router is support the static IP and disable the DHCP function.
