Mt Kinabalu hike

Hi /k. I'm feeling more like a huge loser. Suddenly have the thought to go hike Mt Kinabalu probably in early Nov.

From whatever superficial info I can find, Nov seems to be wet season so I assume the hike will be difficult, but not overly risky and I am willing to take it.

Searching in guger, a hiking package with guide seems to be at least 1.5k. Is that reasonable?

Still in very early ideation stage so I hope gracious /k can share your experience and guidance with this loser here.

TARAKO voiced Maruko in ongoing anime for 35 years

The Sponichi Annex news website reported on Saturday that voice actress TARAKO (Maruko in Chibi Maruko-chan) died at the age of 63. The cause of death was not revealed. There will be a funeral for family.

TARAKO is best known for her starring role as Maruko in the long-running and ongoing Chibi Maruko-chan. She played the character for 35 years, and continued to voice her until her death. She also played Kirara in Inuyasha, Monokuma in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Future Arc and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, Debeko in Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction, Pat in One Piece: Unlimited World R, and Taruruuto in Magical Taruruuto-kun. Her first role was in the original Urusei Yatsura anime as a kindergartener. She also performed theme songs for some of the anime she worked on, including Alice in Wonderland and Katsugeki Shōjo Tantei Dan.

TARAKO led the Waku Produce theatrical group, and she was also part of Trobadour Ongaku Jimushō.

Car ownership transfer

Hi, recently I've been thinking of taking over ownership of one of my father's car. Read a bit on the process which seems quite straightforward, but being the anxious person that I am, I'm wondering if the process might be more complicated so prefer to confirm here with experienced people beforehand.

We're trying to do this on our own without paying / relying on any third party. It is a 10-year-old Myvi, probably with normal solar film on the windscreens and windows. My main concern is with the Puspakom inspection. The only way to make appointment for inspection is via their MyPUSPAKOM website? And what are they actually testing besides the tinting? I heard need to tear off any tints before testing but I really hope to avoid doing that nonsense. Looking forward to any tips to pass the inspection.

On a side note, I will be getting motor insurance for the first time. Will not be relying on agents to save on premium. I'm looking to insure with Allianz as I heard they are one of the best in terms of claims servicing. Can anyone confirm? Or any better suggestions on this matter?

Traffic lipot from MRR2

Hi guise. So today I went to setapak to meet buyer after sending mother to GH KL. On the way back via MRR2, I saw an accident near melawati (not familiar with that area but around there). Not sure of the full picture but it involves a lorry carrying wooden planks turtling so you can imagine at least one lane closed.

After that I saw traffic jam almost all the way to ukay area. Then also a van jenazah and ambulance presumably rushing to the scene. Seems that accident is really serious. Anyway my TLDR point is good luck with the traffic if you're now heading to melawati from ampang direction using MRR2. Was about 20mins ago before deciding to open thread.

So just now ayam went for a walk in a neighbourhood mall, shop halfway heard some beautiful voice singing. I saw this amoi standing there singing as a "mall musician" or something liddat.
