[WTA] Who pays for the water bill?

Hi guys, I'm a new home owner. I have a high rise unit that I want to rent out. Currently the tariff for the water bill is by JMB with a minimum of RM36 per month. When I rent out the whole unit, who is supposed to pay for the RM36?

As the owner, I understand that I'll need to pay for the maintenance fees/sinking fund/etc

But electricity and water is borne by the tenant right? Or am I mistaken?

Also is the water bill included in the rental? like for example you are renting for RM1200; so with the water bill its RM1236?

Guys I need some help here. I have a D class license already, for the car one, but I can't afford a car. I'm still studying. I just use my dad's car when he is around.

So I was thinking of getting a motor license. Class B2 should be enough. But I tried googling the price but it only shows the price if you don't already have ANY licence. But since I got car license how much ah?

Frankly it's all very confusing for me. Does anyone have both classes of license?

Also I don't know how to ride a bicycle, let alone a motorcycle. Is it hard? Long time to learn ah?

Hi, there! Going to buy my first car.Budget is around 50k.Don't want perodua and proton car.

I first choice was the naza bestari 206.It was on promotion for rm44k but unfortunately the no stock.So the next best alternative I'm looking is the hyundai(Inokom) getz 1.4L.They are having some promotion now.Do you know anything about it? Some free tv or something. Anyways that is not important compared to the car itself right?

So far from what I gather is

Getz 1.4 GLS---> got airbag, ebd+abs
Getz 1.4 GL -----> got no airbag,ebd +abs

But someplaces they say that Getz 1.4L GL got abs+ebd? is it true?

Also the promotion is for GETZ 2008 model.Does that model come with abs+ebd?

How about the GETZ 2009 SE? What are the features for that? Does it come with abs+ebd? Coz on the form the sales gave me it doesn't but in the internet got.Also what is the price of that? One the internet it says its around RM51k but the sales man is giving for RM57k with 3.5% interest!

Come someone help telling me curent promotional prices of the 2008 and 2009 GETZ 1.4L as well as which comes with ABS a+ebd?
