            <title>Balcony ~ Does it affect the price of a condo?</title>

            <description>Theres a unit of a condo/apt that im interested to purchase... but i just discover that the unit did not have balcony... it only have a yard which facing inside of the building...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;in the long run... will it affect the appreciation of the price...? i mean... is it normal for a condo/apt not to have balcony.... ? does this features important if i were to resale in future...?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how do u guys think...?</description>

            <description>I&amp;#39;m actually thinking to buy an elliptic trainer... I&amp;#39;ve shortlisted some USA brands of cross trainers.. but then I see one of Gintell products, orbitac sumthin i think... and it has offers of RM988 oni.. with freebies.. compared to US brand which is all above 3k... and judging by its looks... it is quite tempting I admit...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but the question is... is Gintel&amp;#39;s product reliable... can tahan how long y&amp;#39;all think...? do some of us here has one at home.. care to comments?..</description>
