Balcony ~ Does it affect the price of a condo?

Theres a unit of a condo/apt that im interested to purchase... but i just discover that the unit did not have balcony... it only have a yard which facing inside of the building...

in the long run... will it affect the appreciation of the price...? i mean... is it normal for a condo/apt not to have balcony.... ? does this features important if i were to resale in future...?

how do u guys think...?

I'm actually thinking to buy an elliptic trainer... I've shortlisted some USA brands of cross trainers.. but then I see one of Gintell products, orbitac sumthin i think... and it has offers of RM988 oni.. with freebies.. compared to US brand which is all above 3k... and judging by its looks... it is quite tempting I admit...

but the question is... is Gintel's product reliable... can tahan how long y'all think...? do some of us here has one at home.. care to comments?..

Mind share with me options of brand maybe with price... whatsoever...

I want to buy one la... getting fat oledi.... no time for gym... maybe half n hour in front of tv after work might do...

i'm searching for something with durability... so I wouldn't have to buy another for at least 5-7 years...

if got pic better... or model... that would be agreat help...
