AirAsia X - Bad start in Perth

With all the talks and excitement on AirAsia X flying its first airbus A330, guess what happened? I came across an industry insider from malaysianwings
saying that the AirAsia X inaugural flight took off from Perth on 2 Nov nite but had to made emergency landing back to Perth after experiencing heavy shook and violent vibration. This is really bad for their rapport...wondering who's fault it is? Airbus or the pilot? Technical glitches or human error? And the surprising thing is that, the news was not covered in the local mainstream media at all??!!!! Is AirAsia X trying to cover up the news?

hi guys, do you guys buy travel insurance when travelling for business? my secretarys away this week and cant seem to get her on her phone. Is it essential to purchase travel insurance. I am booking MAS business to japan next week and wondering if you guys travel with it. MAS’ is cheap but if it’s not essential then I won’t bother. I don’t know what’s the process of applying for it so would like to avoid hassle. I’m thinking hassle of applying vs. hassle of losing my luggage/flight delay or cancellation. Thanks.
