Different Fares in MAS

There has been a long time i didn't fly with MAS….a friend told me that it's well worth to book MAS as they are having low fare which is comparable with AirAsia. I didn’t believe him…how can MAS be cheaper than AA... I check their fare out in their website and I'm surprised that there are actually four fare options for economy class travel…..MHFlex, MHlowfares, MHbasic and MHSmart….I muz say it's quite different from the MAS in old day which was always rigid and lack of flexibility.

Found this on Kenny Sia's blog: MAS 3-Day-Only Global Online Sales. Return tickets to Japan sum up is within RM2300!! lucky saw this.. wanna be in same flight with this bloody fellow to Japan and visit all those interesting places he introduced: the Tokyo's infamous maid cafes, the capsule hotel....bla bla bla.. anyway the most tempting place for me is the most advanced Japan toilet!! see the picture Kenny showed here, damn it, got button to heat it up.. sumore with music to listen!? walao...

Hi all.. just wonder who has been to Japan before? how much do you spend for a trip of about one week there? Is the bullet train very convenient and could reach most of the small towns and cities? I read a Japan trip in the blog of Malaysia Airlines http://www.malaysiaairlinesblog.com/?p=20 the fellow also has a 7-day journey but he just stayed in Tokyo.. whereas i plan to go other smaller towns also, is it enough time for me? appreciate if anyone could share with me about this..
