Hi all

I just when to interview at Harrisons Trading, as a sales executive dealing with construction materials.

They offer me RM 2300, as basic , only work in klang valley, with miles claims.

As they said, the comm is quite attractive as long you can hit ur target, and yet i believe they target are not sky figures.

Harrisons is a quite establish company as i know.

And senior working over there? please advice

Hi Guys

I would like to get some valuable advice from you all.

Currently i staying at Ampang, Taman Dagang Selangor ,somewhere near Galaxy Ampang Shopping mall.

I have RM 40k cash on hand end of this years. My income is 3.5k , Fixed Expenses is around 2k
Average i have balance 1.5k (P.S loan repayment will be share by my fren, half.)
Above was my financial.

Question here is what kind of houses that should i go for? Landed property in KL is sky price, Condo or Apartment maybe.

When to buy? General Election is coming soon, our gov may change ( Assume !!! )
Let said if really happen, i believe it will affect the property value , coz i think now the property price was over rate.

What to buy? Is condo was a good investment? or apartment would be better for my financial?

Where to buy? Where is the good place to do investment, i think puchong was quite a good location by Lease Hold condo cost 360k

I am KL ppl as well. my nite life is , Clubbing, Pub, Gamble ( at fren hse , Genting (Gamble as well ) , sometime sponsor so sp@rm.

Dilemma about my job

HI all, need some advise from you guys.

Currently i working as Sales Executive in a construction material trading company in KL.

We had 3 Salesman that in-charge different state. I am currently under Negeri Sembilan and Melaka only.

My salary is RM 2300 with petrol allowance RM 250 and car allowance RM 250, phone is provide by company. Commission around 1k+- every month.
Full claims of petrol, toll , food , accommodation , entertainment with client.
Cut short i have being working in this company 4yrs now my fix income would be around RM 4K

But i facing a problem that i have no place to be promoted due to my above is my boss. ( no sales manager )
and other then going outstation to meet my client i have nothing to do at KL , everyday sitting in office and playing FB and lowyat forum scolding ppl slowpoke

Should i change my job? i am getting abit tired of traveling here and there. maybe considering change to office base job.

I had a diploma in Business Management and 4 yrs exp in sales.

Should i just take up my courage change into something lower income or just stick to it until i found something better, I have being dis motivation
around 1yrs wondering what to do.
