Need help with TA as a new renter

Renting an entire condo unit for the first time. Agent send me a soft copy of the TA and asked me to sign it. I don’t see any stamping on the TA nor it is signed by the owner.

I asked for a hard copy but he told me that they don’t provide hard copy anymore. How do I know if the TA is legally binding?

Galaxy 9600GT problem

Hi all, these pass few day my computer always auto restart, soon enough I realize the problem was with my graphic card. I bought my galaxy 9600gt oc version 2 years ago. It was working fine all the time until few days ago. As I open up a few app like i.e and messenger, my computer will either hang or restart itself. I have never overclock it before, the idle temp would be arround 41~45. The warranty for my gc is over. I cannot find what is the problem with my gc and was wondering if anyone can help me with this. Thank in advance.
