Contractor to recommend to waterproof wall?

Hi guys, can anybody recommend a contractor in KL/Selangor who can do waterproofing for a wall? Attached ref of what I'm talking about. I want to replace the current brick wall, which isn't waterproofed. The waterproofing specialists I've looked up online all seem to do only roofs and maybe not suitable for something like this.

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

[attachmentid=11526362][attachmentid=11526364]

Foreign tenant just left the country
So tenant just sent me message via whatsapp that she had just left the country. Gave some lame excuse about visa problems. Owes 2 months rent, and utilities over RM1500. Canadian Indian. Medical student who was doing some internship in Sungai Buloh Hospital. Am thinking of making a police report and forwarding to the Canadian embassy and the hospital. Any advice on what else can be done?

Best way to combine a family's assets?

Hi guys, as per title, wanted advice on what's the best way to combine a whole family's assets like property, stocks, cash? Reason I'm asking is because I'm thinking it's better to pool a whole family's assets rather than have like individual siblings try to grow their own assets. And also it's a better way to manage parent's inheritance rather than again separating it into individual siblings. Just started looking into things like family trust funds. Appreciate all your advice.

Time Broadband and Maybank are bloody stupid!

Sorry guys, just needed to vent this. So I missed a payment for Time few days ago, account got suspended on Friday. Paid online BUT made the mistake of paying via Maybank instead of usually using the Time selfcare site. Turns out account is not instantly restored because paying through bank takes one business day (take note *business day*).

Only found out when I called Time up to ask why my connection wasn't restored after payment was made. So I wait one day lah. Come Saturday, STILL not restored. Called Time again, they tell me payment hasn't gone through yet. They say system will automatically restore once payment is released from Maybank. I then call Maybank to check and they say payment has gone through on their end. They say they will help me send a report but only on Tuesday because it's a long weekend. Staff on the line with me can't do it because it's not his department.

I call Time again, tell them Maybank confirms payment has gone through BUT now they say because it's ONE BUSINESS DAY, meaning even though payment was on Friday, weekend is not counted, and since it's a holiday on Monday, it will only be restored probably on Tuesday!

W.T.F!??

System also take weekends and holidays off wan ah? Seriously.

Sorry guys, really just needed to vent.

But on the other, if there are any problems, also means locked down for 3 years. (They seem ok lah when meeting them) Also, cannot raise rent.

Any advice?
