any way to speed up printer printing time?

my old Epson printer print very slow, after i click the print button on PC, it takes about 3 mins to "buffering" the print job then only starting printing.
Even i print a single small "A" word it still takes 3 mins to "buffer", any idea about this?

can SSD mark bad sector potion?

my ssd got problem when loading windows, some time can pass thru some time can't. I did use scandisk to scan it but not helping.
Also i did try reinstall the windows, it work fine for some time, but the problem will come again after 2 ~ 3 months time...

guys, any good suggest? for my current Maxis fibre 500mb paying Rm219, just completed the 24 months contract, thinking to switch to better offer with lower speed 300/100mb...
