problem connecting to internet in vista

i try to connect using streamyx
plug the cable, set up a connection, then i said the test unsuccesfull, i click set up the connection anyway
then i open network connection...at status said unavailable - device missing
im using vista and the modem is aztech DSL600E
help are really needed and appreciate
i already try google it but cannot find any smilar problem

im using razer diamondback...i just happen few day ago...my left click become double click almost all the time...just sometime it act like normal
im using this mouse for about one years...the questioni is where can i repair my mouse?

no taskbar,cannot right click

my pc just only show the wallpaper...no taskbar
i cannot right click...when open task manager, i only show few process...dont have explorer.exe...when i try to new task at task manager...it only appear for a split of second then gone...it also the same for safe mode...
i did google a lot but still the problem dont solve...
my pc cannot connect to internet...i using my sister laptop to write this

this is my fren pc....we use the same switch
we connect with other ppl in the same block n other block
at my pc...i can detect all other ppl tht were connect in this lan
but my fren can only detect ppl within this block only...
what i see the diff in his pc is....
1.in his network connection...one is the similar lan one n have extra one with name 1394 adapter
2.the MAC address is all zero

is this hardware problem or need to setting anyware

need advice how to use this rivatuner...
i try to unlock the pp n vp
try oc the gc but it dont stay on value tht i oced
also want to know the max this gc can be oc...
