opencv comparing images..

hello all, i wanna compare two simple pictures/images and detect the difference between the 2 images in a 3rd image. and circle out the difference spot.

what function shoiuld i use? any reference can i use? i search google for 2-3 days but i still cant find a solution for me question...

im using opencv2.1 in microsoft visual C++ 2008....

Problem description: ok.... my internet get disconnected without any warning recently..... and the most important thing is that it cannot be reconnect
i must reconnect with restarting my pc.... it is something wrong with my software???
