Extending Wi-Fi Coverage (Outdoor but under shed)

First off this is to be installed at the ground floor of a Condominium to extend the wi-fi coverage across about 20,000 sq ft. Currently there is a router but coverage is minimal. There are covered & non covered areas. Plugpoints are flexible and will most probably be installed at a covered area.

1) Would it be better to use a mesh system? Must this mesh support MU-MIMO?

2) Is it feasible to just purchase 1 extender? Which model is recommended? (taking budget into account, price below Rm300)

Any advise on the above would be much appreciated.

Refer: [attachmentid=10043769]

Excise Duties reduction... and of cos economical concerns.

But do you think the impact will come into fruition in affecting overall OTR car prices? or only those below 1.6cc

Note: there is a previous thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4508653/all but all only seems BN will win dont bother waiting. That's the feedback gathered but based on latest speculation and etc... what are your thoughts?

Car around RM80k-150k (Ideal around 100-110k?)

I've been reading, and reading, and reading Forum Posts...Car Club Posts... and still undecided on what to do...

Currently 2 years left for my Perodua Myvi (already regretted after purchase, shudve gotten a City back then) but anyways that's another story.

Some info/feedback would help on my preferences:

(A previous Rm130k suggestion post had a feedback which I'm using as a rough guideline)
"Small Sedan (Saga) / Large Sedan (Civic or Altis or Teana) / Hatchback (Myvi type) / Coupe (BRZ or FT86) / Small SUV (CX-3 or HR-V) / Large SUV (CX-5 or X-trail or CR-V)"

1. Car Genre I'd prefer: Sedan (any size) // SUV (any size) followed by Hatchback

2. Whats your main criteria for a car (Score of 0 being Not Important, 5 being Very Important to Me)
- Currently Single (have a GF, don't ever plan on getting married but I would prefer at least a 4 door over a 2 door one since my GF drives a 2 Door VW Beetle and it's annoying to adjust the damn seats when we have passengers...LOL)
No plans on kids anytime soon or the next 15 years... i guess this also helps with financials lol!
No need to impress MiL... she's a very nice lady and already like family. lol!
No need to impress GF... her car already very chun and she never complained about mine. She's not into cars >_> as long as I'm happy. BUT IM NOT... i can't stand the MyVi NOISE from the Wind and i can't even catch up to her car on the highway...I know it sounds damn pathetic BUT LOL hey! that's why its called Love HAHAHA!
- Age early 30s
- Loan Criteria: Preferably Full Loan (or) Down Pymt 10% - Don't really wanna fork out too much, I don't mind the additional interest to cover the inflation process. And yes i've read the numerous 5 years, 7 years or don't buy it etc and I do agree but I'm not an enthusiast so I really don't mind driving a car i like for a long ass time. (just my personal preference)
- Comfort (5)
- Sound Proofing (5) - I know at the lower price range you can't expect much and considering im covering roughly 2 categories the Sub 100k and Over 100k, there will be totally different qualities involved for each range.
- Interior (5) - something young at heart. I'm 6 ft tall, average size. Friend says I look funny entering my MyVi >_> Not that i care but since i think it's time for a change, i might as well factor this in since its part of comfort.
- Fuel Consumption (3) - I barely drive long distance, just to and from work and the occasional around and about KL city driving, the jams etc...
- Road Handling/Engine (3) - Not really into engines or what not since I have no idea about it. VVTI or CVT or those whatnot >_> very lost
- Sporty (4) - no ah beng or weird sudden color trims, taste level is very independant but ya lol.
- Sound System (4) - No loud beats just mostly the usual songs - easy listening, modern pop etc... no need Ah Beng Woofer to wake the neighbours up.
- In-Car Ent (4) - Tech geekish - Touch Screen a MUST. Not sure but anything that is trendy with AppLink would definitely be ideal?
- Seat Furnishing (4) - the overall look of cos more Chun more Syok
- Exterior Color (3) - Prefer Blue/Red if have that variant. Otherwise tak ape lo....

What's my Dream Car? (don't think I can afford currently...)
Well I always wanted the Mazda CX-5 but now that I think of it, I might not need such a BIGASS car? lol I'm open to suggestions which is why I'm posting here. I think the Honda CRV looks ugly on the outside...though i prefer the interior over the CX-5. Camry GX looks cantik but don't know if i can qualify or afford... I don't want to eat grass lol.

Maybe the Honda Civic then? Tucson? If so which Variant for any of the brands above is best... Really headache doing all this survey.

Honda City, Vios, Mazda 2, does not peak my interest...kinda want one step above that

From what i gather from forum posts, 9/10 or 10/10 second hand dealers are mostly out to scam. I have no confidence since I don't have any dealers i'm familiar with since I'm not from around though I've been working alone in KL for around 10 years now. Family all elsewhere. Can't take the risk, I guess better to go with a New Car then??

Thanks in advance for any of your opinions and thoughts - i intend to test drive as much as I can till i feel one there's 1 which makes me go "AH... Baby, you're the one!" Don't want to make the same mistake i made with the MyVi.

Replacement Unifi Router (Help & Suggestion)

I am on the VIP50. On lan there shouldn't be a problem as speedtest.net shows full speed. Problem is when it comes to wireless.

I'm using the stock Unifi modem and router. At the moment I'm getting 30-40+mbps (NEVER past 45mbps) of speed and if my girlfriend loads videos from Facebook or Instagram I get lagspikes. I download torrents and play online games.

I'm in a double storey terrace sq ft. Modem and router located at first floor at the kitchen. Currently I have Hypptv however because my modem is in the kitchen I didn't connect it. I do get full 5bar signals with the stock.

Stock Unifi model:
MODEM: ONU-ALCATEL-LUCENT I420G
ROUTER: Networks L7-N-R2000

I've been scrolling the threads for a few hours and haven't really found the best answer therefore I've decided to post a thread to ask the Networking experts

1) What is the best replacement router to purchase? I don't plan on upgrading to 100mbps in the near future as there's a quota tagged to it. Should I go with Asus? Dlink? TPLink? Very lost lol. Budget would be below 200 if possible however please give suggestions so that at least I know where to begin to look. (I don't mind if its around 200-300 should there be additional functions which would make sense and be a value add to achieve the same results)

Would the best option be is to get a homeplug instead? Cos my house is fairly old and I read that homeplugs generally get fried easily by lightning.

2) *solution found* How best to connect so that my TV is able to use Hypptv? Disclaimer: my tv currently has only 1HDMI port. I plan to purchase a Chromecast2 to enjoy further channels but since I'm paying for HyppTV is there any cheap device I can somehow use to link my tv? Rather than getting a superrrrrrr long LAN cable and it'll be ugly to connect from my living room to the kitchen. xD

Should I just ditch idea no 2 regarding hypptv and get a smart tv with wifi instead to be able to enjoy better value for money? Lol

Help pls
