could u all help me solution do that part of event method the substring >.<?
the question is below:-

Write an application program to display user’s date of birth. User enters name and the first 6
digits of her/his IC number (refer to Figure Q2a). Once the user clicks the “CHECK” button, the
user’s date of birth will be displayed as shown in Figure Q2b. [Hint: Apply substring() for
this question ].
