I've recently received a quotation of the legal and disbursement bills for preparing the Memorandum of Transfer for m,y apartment unit as seen below. May i know if the charges are reasonable or even necessary?

PTPTN reference number

I called ptptn today just to double confirm my ptptn reference number before i start paying them through cimbclicks. The reference number that they gave me is totally different from the reference number that is stated in my ptptn surat tawaran. Now i'm having some doubts. Has anyone faced this kind of problem before?

Hand phone GSM Bands?

Im flying to Australia soon and i have recently bought a Nokia 7610 supernova with quad-band support. Im a little confuse now after reading some info on the GSM bands and unlocked phones. My question is whether will i be able to use my Nokia 7610 supernova by using an Australian sim card?
