RMVB to DVD best software

I have lot of drama movie in RMVB format. If i wish to convert all the file into a single DVD and able to be play on normal DVD player, any best software recommend?

for example if i have a drama with 20 episods, what software can convert it into a single DVD and able to be play on normal DVD player.

I have a server with install Microsoft Server 2003..

my question is how many user can log in from outsite (internet) into the server at same time through terminal service?

Anybody have the idea??? pls share.

File sharing limitation to network user

Assume in office with 5 Winxp user in a simple network and without any domain server. I just want to share my data to one of the user only but the rest of it cannot access to my share file. How is the setting?

note : windows xp cannot put password on the folder..not like win98.

I know someting to do with the special permission...i just can't get it..anybody can help me...thanks...
