Problem details
First occurence of problem: 2weeka ago
Problem frequency: everytime after computer goes to sleep mode
Problem description: I m using wireless network in my house.The setup of Streamyx auto dial up is on my main computer.I hv two more laptops in rooms,plus using iPhone to connect wifi.
Problems is,everytime after my main computer goes to sleep mode of shutdown,I can't surf web on others Device eventhough showed that I connected to Wifi.I really fed up with that,they can't solve the prob,the DLink guys said not their setup fault.Guru pls help...
2nd Prob: It was very smooth operation few weeks ago but lately problems occurs,some website unable to browse or take more than 10 mins to open the page,eg soccernet.com,lowyat.net,google.com takes long time to google.But I tested the BBand speed it was 1.5mps at the moment so it shld b good,I can watch movie online still,how guys?pls help...

Hi,I am thinking to switch from Celcom BB to Streamyx,after several weeks of torture by Celcom BB.
For the speed,I wont complain bcoz is depend on the location,but for the customer service and the BB stability just incredibly terrible.
I was just disconnected from internet more then 5times for 1 hour,I cant even process internet banking coz the browsing takes too long and I was logged by the internet banking.When I called to Celcom,instead of talking to Tech service( although they wont be able to solve my prob ),I was directed to customer service and they just taken down my numbey and said their tech support will call me back within 48hours.What the hell is this?Is this service towards customer?Can your guys give me your opinion and Should I take streamyx?Cheers
