Hi All,

I guess many (undergraduate and even post-graduate) are pretty lost (having no ghost of idea) how much the industry is paying for the profession they are involved in. The most general guide that many fall back on will be jobstreet which the figures aint reflective, to me.

So I am planning to start this thread for everyone to share (but not to vilify) how much your company/firm/industry is paying you, or others that you know. It will be good to be as specific as possible.

For a start, my "vitals" are as follow: -

Profession: Legal
Qualification : Degree (and unrelated Masters)
Location : Mid Valley, KL
Number of year : 2
Starting Pay : RM3,500
Annual Increment: RM1,000
Bonus: 4 months
Field: Corporate

Lets shed some lights and give some insights to those who are clueless what the industry offers.

Pension for JUSA

Hi, I learnt that JUSA B and above gets 100% of their last drawn salary (minus allowances) as their pension after they retire (compare to the usual 60%).

Does this apply to JUSA C as well?

Personally, I am a goldfish keeper, but now Im in love in pleco, thereby having 4 different types of bristlenose in the aquarium with my goldies.
Alas, not many people who are fancy of plecos in Malaysia, thinking that they are bandaraya. They are beautiful in their own way.
