Role:
Full-time Front Desk Receptionist (全职- 前台服务)

Job Description:
• Greet and welcome guest/customer as soon as they arrive our wellness center
• Book time slots for customers and ensure that their preference and needs are catered for
• Handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally
• To ensure that no unauthorized people are allowed to enter the office
• Maintains security by following procedures, COVID SOPs, monitoring record for visitor
• To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials
• Receive, sort and distribute daily email and letter
• Provide basic and accurate information in person via phone, email or face to face
• Update calendars and schedule to slot new customer or old customer
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties as filing, photocopying and so on
• Perform all other ad hoc task assigned by line management
• Prepare the monthly sales report before the date line.
• To assist in handling office maintenance & upkeep including office facilities and equipment
• Responsible to ensure the condition of building such as front area, lobby, pantry are in highest state cleanliness and also preparing drink for director or any VIP guest.

Location:
Bukit Mertajam, Penang 大山脚

Remuneration:
Bonus of up to RM4000 based on performance

Requirements:
• Able to work night shifts.
• Must be Computer literate, familiar in using laptop and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp).
• No prior experience is required. Experienced working as a front desk receptionist in a retail/ wellness centre will be an added advantage.

[Q&A] Goods returning enquiry

Hi all, I would like to know the relevant procedures for returning the delivered goods (Old goods) back to the seller.

The seller had his New goods to be delivered to me using kangaroo express and once I had received the New goods, the seller had told me to exchange them with the Old goods back to the delivery man.

So, My question would be, during this process, is there any relevant documents which I must have to prove that I had given the Old goods back to Kangaroo express and its their responsibility to deliver back to the seller.

Note that the seller had the returning and the delivery processes paid to Kangaroo express and with that, I am not charged of any delivery service.

Hope you guys /gals can help me out. Thanks in advance.
