To all the property tycoons and property investment sifus and masters,

I owned a mid-priced condo now and would like to buy another property for investment. However, i cannot decide whether to invest in property under construction or a completed property? to my understanding for property under construction, we get to enjoy cash rebates/ discount and DIBS, if applicable and only need pay the installment upon completion, which is few years later. but the cons is the launching price for most of the new development is slightly at the high side...

any other pros and cons that i may have missed out or you guys have different opinions as to mine. please share

Anyone knows any vinyl toy manufacturer in Malaysia? have a prototype that i would like to mass produce but with low quantity. that's why china manufacturer is not my option.

hope that you guys can help me out!
