Job Description:

-Welcoming our customers and provide professional customer service.
-To manage hotel reservation and transport arrangement for our customers.
-To provide advice on our product and services and maintain good relationship with the customers.
-Managing complaints and escalate to the management in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

-Aged 21-35 years old
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
-Candidate must be willing to relocate to Genting Highland.
-Required skill(s): Good mental Arithmetic skills and meticulous
-Must be proficient in written and spoken Mandarin language. Additional spoken languages would be an added advantage.
-Possess good interpersonal skills, team player and willing to learn.
-Must be able to work in shift

Remuneration:
-RM 4,000- RM 8,000 above
-Accommodation will be provided at Genting Highland

We are looking for full time Junket runner @ Genting Highland.

Requirement:

- Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Added advantage for Hokkien speaker
- Able to work 12 hours a day
- Possess a valid passport and able to travel as and when required
- High integrity, honest, trustworthy and displine

Responsibility:

- Perform “Chips Rolling” for customers.

Property appreciation vs Rental Income

Hi..

Just need some opinion.

Do you guys think that 9-10 percent rental income is a good investment?

My friend recommeded me to purchase a shoplot residential that can generate 9-10 percent of rental income but the place is rented to a company which hired foreign workers. Looking at that area, i doubt there is much prospect for property appreciation, maybe 10-20 percent from the current value.

Do you guys think is it a good investment?
