Concrete Rooftop insulation

hi guys,

I just completed my house renovation 6 months ago. Front view double story house with room extension and with concrete rooftop. Underneath the concrete roof without any insulation and 8" down cover with plaster ceiling. Right now the weather is hot, the concrete roof absorb heat and release heat at night. Even with aircond max the room temperature is at lowest 23’C.
I ask a few contractor, they have no solutions, either paint the roof white / reflect paint every 2-3 years.

Is there anyone has the same problem & solution about it.
